一、各項退費及獎補助金等款項的受款人係以學生為主，以匯到學生本人的帳戶為第一優先，
        若學生本人無帳戶經監護人(家長)同意，將匯到監護人帳戶，並請註明與學生之關係(父/母或直系親屬)。
1. All refunds or scholarships can be processed first for a student who is also a payee with a bank account under his/ her name. If the student doesn’t have a bank account, the guardian’s account would also be acceptable. Under the application form, specification of the relationship to the student will be needed.

二、以提供郵局帳戶為第一優先(匯郵局帳戶免手續費)。
2. The Post Office account is preferred since there is no 30 NT service fee charged.

三、銀行跨行匯款受款人需自行負擔 30 元跨行匯款手續費。
3. When the designated account is not a Post account or inter-bank transfer will be charged a 30 NT service fee . The service fee will be deducted from the refund.

四、若同一戶內有兩位在本校的學生，請填寫兩次表單，以此類推。
4. One form per child. Please fill out an additional form for each child.

五、帳戶資料經建檔後，各項撥款除另申請變更外，皆匯撥入此帳戶。
5. The designated account will not be changed until it is reapplied. All refund will be wired into the designated account if any.
