Gabriella is a secretary in a big company, and she always works overtime. There was another day when she went back home at midnight. She felt her body was stiff like a rock and was eager to take a bath.

After showering, she lay in the bathtub. Feeling all of her stress relieved, she sighed with satisfaction. When she felt she was in heaven, she suddenly had a glimpse of the wall. A black, huge, and disgusting cockroach was crawling on the wall, and it seemed to flap its wings and fly at any second.

Gabriella was very angry to see the annoying insect that had destroyed the most wonderful time of her whole day. She swore that she wouldn’t leave the bathroom until she killed this evil creature. She grabbed one of her slippers, took a deep breath, raised her hand and banged. With the big sound, the cockroach dropped to the tub. Gabriella won, but there was not any triumphant smile on her face. She forgot to get out of the bathtub first!
